War Diplomacy Intensifies Amid Missile Strikes Across Gulf Region

The United States has reportedly presented a 15-point plan to Iran aimed at ending the ongoing war, demanding major concessions from Tehran in exchange for easing sanctions and restoring stability in global energy markets.

According to reports, the proposal was delivered to Iran through Pakistan, while US President دونالد ترامب expressed optimism that Tehran may be willing to negotiate. He stated that senior officials, including ماركو روبيو and جي دي فانس, are actively involved in the diplomatic efforts.

The proposed plan includes strict conditions such as dismantling key elements of Iran’s nuclear program, halting uranium enrichment, ending ballistic missile development, and reopening the Strait of Hormuz. In return, the United States is reportedly prepared to ease economic sanctions imposed on Iran.

Despite these efforts, a quick ceasefire appears unlikely. Iran remains militarily capable and continues to exert pressure in the region, including the ability to block the strategically vital Strait of Hormuz, a key route for global oil and gas shipments.

In response, Iran has reportedly issued its own demands, including the removal of US military bases from the Persian Gulf and the introduction of a system allowing Tehran to charge tolls on ships passing through the strait—conditions that Washington is unlikely to accept.

Meanwhile, the United States has increased its military presence in the region. Reports indicate that thousands of troops from the 82nd Airborne Division have been deployed, signaling that Washington is preparing for multiple scenarios, including potential escalation.

The ongoing conflict has already disrupted shipping in the Strait of Hormuz, causing sharp increases in global energy prices. Although recent diplomatic signals briefly eased oil prices, uncertainty remains high as negotiations continue behind the scenes.

French President إيمانويل ماكرون has also urged Iran to engage in negotiations in good faith, emphasizing the need for de-escalation. However, Iran has publicly denied any willingness to enter talks with the United States.

At the same time, the conflict continues to intensify on the ground. Iran has launched drone and missile attacks targeting locations in the Gulf region, including an incident at Kuwait International Airport, while Saudi Arabia and Bahrain reported intercepting incoming threats.

Israel has responded with new airstrikes on Tehran, targeting what it described as infrastructure linked to the Iranian regime. The exchange of attacks highlights the growing risk of a wider regional conflict as diplomatic efforts struggle to gain traction.
