A luxury penthouse once owned by Real Madrid and Austria national team star دافيد ألابا has been listed for sale in Vienna for €1.83 million.
The exclusive apartment, located in Donaustadt (Danube City district) in Vienna, is being advertised on Willhaben (Willhaben online marketplace). The property has attracted attention not only for its luxury features but also because it previously belonged to the famous football player.
The penthouse offers around 167 square meters of living space and includes a spacious rooftop terrace of approximately 240 square meters. Located on Wagramer Straße (Wagram Street) near the Alte Donau (Old Danube), the property also features an outdoor whirlpool, a custom lighting design created by specialists, and a modern Smart-Home-System (smart home system).
Additional amenities include two private garage parking spaces and high-end interior design throughout the apartment. These features contribute to the premium price tag of €1.83 million for the property.
The Vienna penthouse is just one of several luxury properties connected to دافيد ألابا. The Austrian football star previously owned a villa in Grünwald (Grünwald town in Bavaria) and purchased another penthouse in Kirchberg (Kirchberg in Tirol) in 2018, while continuing his successful career as one of the highest-paid players in the Spanish league.
