Startup brixl: New software helps construction companies with public projects
The German startup brixl has a clear goal: it wants to support construction companies in winning more public contracts. Public construction projects, such as building schools or roads, are very important for companies. However, these projects are often very complicated and require a lot of preparation.
The biggest challenge for many companies is the high amount of time required when applying for these contracts. Engineers have to check many documents and create complex bids. The brixl team explains that their software saves "precious engineering time." This allows experts to focus on their actual work instead of spending many hours on bureaucracy.
With the help of brixl, projects should not only be won faster but also be more profitable in the end. The software analyzes important data and helps companies make better calculations. This is particularly important as costs in the construction industry have risen sharply in recent years and planning errors can become expensive.
Digitalization in the construction industry is currently a major topic. Many processes in this sector still function very traditionally and slowly. However, startups like brixl show that modern technology can help significantly increase efficiency and improve cooperation with government agencies.
