Monster Yppenplatz (18 years old) beats three police officers until they are hospitalized
Vienna witnessed a shocking scene on Saturday morning when an 18-year-old young man turned to violence inside a police station, resulting in the injury of four officers, three of whom required hospitalization. The incident began around 1:30 AM when police at the Rötzergasse station issued a decision to prevent the young man and two of his companions from entering the secure area at Yppenplatz. The decision was made as a precautionary measure, as all three had criminal records.
After being taken to the Brunnengasse police station, the officers handed the suspects a paper detailing the ban. Things then got out of control, as the young man attacked one of the officers with strong punches, then resisted arrest using punches and kicks and headbutted violently.
Despite attempts to control him, the violence escalated further after he was transferred to the detention section. When the officers tried to remove the handcuffs for a security check, the young man surged again in a wave of aggression.
In the end, the police managed to subdue him and take him to the cell, but this only happened after he caused significant damage. Four officers were injured during the confrontation, highlighting the extent of the violence used by the suspect.
Three of the injured officers were taken to the hospital for treatment, while the fourth received medical care on site. Authorities have not yet disclosed additional details about the suspect's background, other than that his nationality remains unknown.
