Wheelchair Adventurer Named New Ambassador for Rural Aid
Sam Longmore, an inspiring adventurer who uses a wheelchair, has been officially named as the newest ambassador for the charity Rural Aid. This appointment follows her incredible journey across regional New South Wales, where she traveled 441 kilometres to support farming communities.
During her long trek, Longmore successfully raised $200,000 to help people living in rural areas. Her efforts were focused on providing essential support to farmers and their families who have faced difficult times due to drought and other environmental challenges.
