New Social Housing Project Begins Construction in Perth CBD
A new housing development is currently underway in the heart of Perth, aiming to address the city's ongoing rental challenges. The project is located on Roe Street, right next to the well-known Perth Arena.
This construction project will provide a total of 174 new apartments. These units will be a mix of one- and two-bedroom homes, designed to offer modern living spaces for residents in the city centre.
Out of the 174 total apartments, 139 units will be dedicated specifically to social housing. This initiative is part of a broader effort to increase the availability of affordable rental options for people who need them most.
