Healthcare reform in Austria: Negotiations remain difficult
For almost a year, the federal government and the Austrian states have been working on a comprehensive healthcare reform. The goal of this so-called "reform partnership" is to make the healthcare system more efficient and to secure long-term care for all citizens. However, despite numerous meetings, there is still no agreement on the concrete implementation.
