Success for Carinthian start-ups: Award for green innovations
Two young companies from Carinthia have reason to celebrate. The start-ups Konatec and Hashlynk have been officially recognized as outstanding "GRÜNdungen" (green start-ups) within the so-called Green Tech Valley cluster. This award underscores the growing importance of environmentally friendly technologies in Austria.
The Green Tech Valley is an important network for companies working on sustainable solutions. The "Green Tech Startups 2026" initiative has identified a total of 228 innovative firms across Austria that are making a significant contribution to climate protection through their ideas. Inclusion in this list is considered a significant seal of quality for young businesses.
Konatec and Hashlynk were able to convince the jury with their specific approaches. While many companies in this sector are working on solutions for the energy transition, the two Carinthian teams are focusing on digital and technical innovations designed to save resources and make processes more efficient.
