Flying for less: New offers for Austrian Airlines Business Class from Vienna
Travelers in Austria have reason to be pleased. The national airline, Austrian Airlines, has released new information regarding its award flights. Those who have collected miles in the "Miles & More" program can use them particularly efficiently for Business Class flights in June 2026. These special offers apply to departures directly from Vienna Airport.
An award flight is a flight that is not paid for entirely with money, but primarily with accumulated points. For many passengers, Business Class is normally very expensive. However, the new mileage values make it easier to experience the comfort of this class. This includes, for example, high-quality food, more legroom, and access to exclusive airport lounges.
The current offers focus on various destinations worldwide. The timeframe is particularly important for travel planning: the new rates are available for June 2026. Experts advise booking early, as the number of available seats for award flights is often limited. This allows vacationers and business travelers to coordinate their trips long-term and cost-effectively.
Despite the low mileage values, passengers must pay attention to the so-called surcharges. These are taxes, fees, and surcharges that must still be paid with real money. These costs vary depending on the flight destination and distance. Nevertheless, the total price usually remains significantly below the normal retail price for a Business Class ticket.
This is positive news for frequent flyers in Austria. It shows that collecting miles remains attractive for the future. Those who wish to travel comfortably in the summer of 2026 should carefully check the current Miles & More lists and redeem their points soon to secure the best seats from Vienna.
