Success for Carinthian start-ups: Recognition in the "Green Tech Valley"
Two young companies from Carinthia have reason to celebrate. The start-ups Konatec and Hashlynk were recently recognized as outstanding "green foundations" within the so-called Green Tech Valley cluster. This recognition underscores the growing importance of sustainable technologies in the Austrian economy.
The Green Tech Valley is a significant network that brings together companies and research institutions to develop innovative solutions for environmental protection. The "Green Tech Startups 2026" initiative includes a total of 228 companies that specialize in green technologies. Inclusion in this list is considered an important seal of quality for young firms.
Konatec and Hashlynk were able to impress the experts with their innovative approaches. While many companies in Austria are currently facing economic challenges, these successes show that the green technology sector offers strong potential for the future. Support from the cluster helps the start-ups to further develop their products and remain internationally competitive.
The award is not only a personal success for the founding teams, but also a positive signal for Carinthia as a business location. It shows that regional companies can make an important contribution to the ecological transformation. In the coming months, the start-ups will now have the opportunity to further expand their network within the cluster.
