You woman have nothing to say! Be quiet, you whore!
A 17-year-old student in Kärnten, Austria, has been expelled from school after years of documented insults, threats, classroom disruption and harassment of teachers and classmates. The Bundesverwaltungsgericht (Federal Administrative Court) rejected his appeal.
The problems reportedly began during the 2021/22 school year, when the student was 13 or 14. He allegedly insulted a teacher and threatened to involve police and a lawyer. The following year, nine disciplinary entries were recorded for disruptive behaviour, sexist language and repeatedly leaving lessons without permission.
The behaviour allegedly continued for years. In December 2022, he reportedly insulted teachers using degrading language. By March 2026, the school had documented at least 26 additional incidents involving classroom disruption and threats against teachers.
One of the most serious incidents was recorded in December 2024. According to the court findings, the teenager allegedly threatened to kill a teacher, the teacher’s wife and their children, and made further disturbing statements about what he would do to their bodies.
The student was also accused of making racist insults and threats toward classmates with a migrant background. Toward female students, he allegedly made sexually degrading remarks, including saying that one girl should be raped and telling another that women had no right to speak. He also allegedly sent a female classmate sexually explicit messages and asked her to send intimate images.
After years of incidents, the school conference voted unanimously in April to seek his expulsion. The Bildungsdirektion (Education Directorate) approved the request at the end of April, removing him from the school.
The teenager and his legal guardian challenged the decision before the Bundesverwaltungsgericht. However, the court dismissed the complaint as unfounded, meaning the expulsion will remain in place.
