Belgium presses ahead with asylum-seeker restrictions despite court ruling
Belgium is pressing ahead with restrictions on support for asylum-seekers who already hold protection in another EU country, despite a Constitutional Court ruling that halted the measure. The migration minister says the government will pursue the policy through other legal avenues.
