Samsung brings art and artificial intelligence together in new exhibition
The worlds of technology and art are moving ever closer together. Samsung recently launched a new project called 'Gallery Fold'. With this, the company aims to provide a platform for pioneers working with artificial intelligence (AI).
Artificial intelligence is currently changing how we engage in creative work at a rapid pace. It influences not only how artists create their work, but also how we, as an audience, view art. Through the use of smart algorithms, new forms of digital expression are emerging that were previously impossible.
Samsung's project focuses on the interaction between the user and the technology. With the Gallery Fold experience, visitors can discover in an interactive way how AI models generate and adapt images. This offers a unique look behind the scenes of modern digital artists.
For many people in Belgium, this is an interesting development, as the technology sector in our country continues to grow. Although the technology is complex, Samsung makes it accessible to a wide audience. The goal is to show that AI is more than just a calculator; it is a creative instrument.
The influence of AI on our daily creativity will only increase in the future. Initiatives like these help us better understand how this new technology shapes our world and our culture.
