To accomplish this feat, Valentine chose to follow the famous GR 129 long-distance hiking trail. This demanding route connects the city of Bruges, in Flanders, to the city of Arlon, located in the province of Luxembourg. In total, the young woman covered an impressive distance of 560 kilometers.
The journey lasted thirteen days in total. Valentine had to demonstrate great discipline and excellent physical condition to maintain her daily pace. She confided that the most difficult part of this adventure was not the distance itself, but the need to start running again each morning despite the accumulated fatigue.
