Santos Quispe takes office as the new Director of Cultures in El Alto
The former governor of the department of La Paz, Santos Quispe, has begun a new stage in his political career. Recently, he was appointed Director of Cultures in the Mayor's Office of the city of El Alto. This change occurs shortly after his term as a departmental authority ended.
