BRC conducts first aid training in Malko Tarnovo
Experts from the Bulgarian Red Cross (BRC) in Burgas organized an important training session in the town of Malko Tarnovo. The goal of the event was to demonstrate in practice how to provide first aid in critical situations that frequently arise in border areas.
During the demonstration, the specialists explained the steps for responding to dehydration and frostbite. These skills are extremely important, as the climatic conditions in the region can be harsh, and people are often in need of urgent medical intervention.
The training is being held in the context of increased migration processes in the area. Such initiatives help local teams and volunteers be better prepared to deal with humanitarian challenges and provide assistance to those in need.
Similar demonstrations are part of the BRC's long-term strategy to increase safety and preparedness for responding to emergency situations. The organizers emphasized that timely and correct first aid can save a human life at a critical moment.
