Expert warns of the risks of a "Coalition of the Willing"
Serious discussions have emerged in the public sphere regarding the existence of a so-called "Coalition of the Willing." According to analyst Prof. Nikolay Vitanov, this format of cooperation operates outside of official institutional frameworks and raises a number of questions regarding international politics.
The expert's main thesis is that this coalition was created with the goal of bypassing decisions made by the European Union and NATO. This action calls into question the unity of international organizations and the manner in which important political and military decisions are made on a global scale.
According to Vitanov, such ad hoc formats can lead to instability, as they do not go through standard procedures for coordination and oversight. This creates a risk of divergence between the official policies of alliances and the actual actions of individual states or groups thereof.
