The Ministry of Health has received nearly 190 million euros under the Recovery Plan
The Ministry of Health in Bulgaria has successfully secured nearly 190 million euros for the implementation of six key investment projects. The funds are provided through the National Recovery and Resilience Plan, which aims to modernize public systems in the country.
These investments are aimed at improving the quality of medical services and renovating hospital infrastructure. The funding is crucial for strengthening the healthcare system and for better preparation in dealing with future challenges in the sector.
The projects include the modernization of equipment in medical facilities and the introduction of new technologies that will facilitate the work of doctors. The goal is for patients across the country to receive faster and more effective diagnostics and treatment, in line with modern European standards.
The implementation of these investments is expected to be completed by 2026, as set out in the schedule of the Recovery Plan. The Ministry of Health will continue to strictly monitor the proper expenditure of the funds to ensure maximum benefit for Bulgarian citizens.
