Bulgaria prepares to attract more Japanese tourists
Bulgaria plans to strengthen its presence in the Asian tourism market. Representatives of the Bulgarian tourism sector are actively working on organizing a special visit for Japanese tour operators to our country.
The main goal of this initiative is to show Japanese guests the authentic face of Bulgaria. The organizers want to present our country as a destination that meets the specific needs and interests of Japanese travelers, including cultural heritage and nature.
During the discussions, it was emphasized that the Japanese market is extremely important for Bulgarian tourism. Through direct meetings and by familiarizing them with vacation opportunities on-site, the Bulgarian side hopes to build more sustainable partnerships with leading Japanese companies.
Such initiatives are part of the strategy to promote Bulgaria as a year-round tourist destination. The visit of the tour operators is expected to contribute to an increase in the number of guests from Japan over the coming seasons.
