Bulgarian Air Force Transports Child for Treatment in Germany
The Bulgarian Air Force (BAF) successfully completed an important medical mission. They transported a child in need of urgent treatment to a specialized clinic in Germany. The flight was organized on short notice to ensure the fastest possible medical assistance.
The specialized transport was carried out using a military aircraft equipped for medical purposes. On board, along with the young patient, was a team of experienced doctors. They monitored the child's vital signs throughout the flight to ensure their safety in the air.
These types of missions are extremely important for Bulgarian healthcare. The cooperation between the Ministry of Health and the Ministry of Defense allows for a rapid response in severe cases. Thanks to military aviation, patients in critical condition can reach leading European hospitals within a matter of hours.
The mission concluded successfully, and the aircraft has already returned to its base in Bulgaria. Currently, the child is under the care of German specialists who will continue the treatment. This operation once again demonstrates the readiness of Bulgarian pilots to help citizens in difficult times.
