Global technical outage affects Facebook users in Bulgaria
Thousands of Facebook users in Bulgaria and around the world have faced serious technical problems over the past 24 hours. The platform experienced a global outage that hindered access to the application's core functions for millions of people.
Users reported widespread inability to upload photos and videos to their profiles. Furthermore, the Messenger service was also affected, making communication between friends and colleagues extremely difficult for several hours.
Cybersecurity experts note that such outages are usually due to software updates or issues with Meta's servers. Although the problem was not related to a hacker attack, it caused significant inconvenience for businesses and individuals who rely on social networks for their daily work.
At this time, access to the services has been restored and the platforms are operating normally. Meta has apologized to its users for the inconvenience caused and announced that technical teams worked actively to resolve the errors as quickly as possible.
