Healthy Foods and Organic Products: Exhibition in Yambol Gathers Farmers from Across Bulgaria
The city of Yambol has become a center for healthy eating over the past few days. Organic product producers from various parts of the country gathered at a special exhibition to present their produce. The event attracted participants from Southeastern Bulgaria, the Eastern Rhodopes, and the Varna region.
Visitors to the exhibition had the opportunity to taste and purchase a wide variety of natural foods. Among the most interesting offerings were the so-called "pyurali." These are a type of jam prepared using a special technology. They are completely natural, with no added sugar and no artificial preservatives, making them suitable for a healthy diet.
Many of the exhibitors are small family farms that grow the raw materials for their products themselves. They shared with visitors that their main goal is to offer Bulgarian consumers clean and high-quality food. For these producers, it is important that the products retain their natural taste and beneficial vitamins through the use of ecologically clean ingredients.
Organic farming in Bulgaria has been developing actively in recent years, despite the challenges facing the sector. Such events help small farmers reach customers directly and promote their work. The exhibition in Yambol showed that Bulgarians' interest in organic foods and a sustainable lifestyle continues to grow.
The organizers and participants expressed hope that such initiatives would become a tradition in the region. They believe that supporting local producers is key to both the economy of small settlements and the health of the nation. Residents of Yambol and guests of the city were impressed by the high quality of the goods offered.
