The Ministry of Sports is preparing important changes for youth centers in Bulgaria
The Ministry of Youth and Sports has begun work on significant changes to the Youth Act. The main goal of the new texts is to establish a clear framework for the development of youth centers across the country.
Minister Encho Keryazov emphasized that there is currently a lack of precise definitions regarding the status and functions of these institutions. With the new legal changes, the state aims to ensure that youth centers will operate according to uniform standards that meet the needs of adolescents.
It is expected that the changes will lead to better organization of activities aimed at young people. This includes not only educational initiatives but also providing a better environment for social development and sports activities in the various regions of Bulgaria.
A public discussion of the proposed texts is forthcoming, in which experts, representatives of non-governmental organizations, and youth leaders will be able to participate. The goal is for the law to be as useful and effective as possible for the future of youth policy in the country.
