Free tuberculosis screenings begin in Burgas
Residents of Burgas will have the opportunity to take advantage of free medical screenings for tuberculosis. The initiative is organized by the Specialized Hospital for Active Treatment of Pneumo-phtisiatric Diseases in the city.
The campaign will take place from September 14 to September 18. Anyone interested can visit the medical facility on the specified days to consult with a specialist and undergo the necessary examinations.
The screenings will be conducted daily from 10:00 AM to 4:00 PM. Patients should head to Office No. 8 in the hospital's Diagnostic-Consultative block, where medical teams will be available for consultations.
The goal of the campaign is the early detection of the disease and raising the health awareness of citizens. Specialists remind that timely diagnosis is key to the successful treatment of tuberculosis.
