Bulgarian and Greek football clubs join forces for a healthy lifestyle
The football club "Apollonia Pontika" and the under-19 youth team of the Greek club "MGS Panserraikos" have united in a joint initiative. The goal of the collaboration is to promote a healthy lifestyle among young people through sports.
The event marks the culmination of the international project "Break for Health" (B4H). The program is aimed at encouraging physical activity and building beneficial habits in young athletes from Bulgaria and Greece.
Within the framework of the project, the young footballers participated in a series of sports activities and discussions. The main focus was placed on the importance of balanced nutrition, regular training, and mental health in professional sports.
The organizers hope that such initiatives will help young talents not only develop their football skills but also realize the role of a healthy lifestyle for long-term success. The project highlights the importance of international cooperation between neighboring countries in the spheres of sports and education.
