Accident halts operations at Bobov Dol TPP
Bobov Dol TPP has suspended operations following an accident that occurred overnight. The energy facility was disconnected from the power transmission network around 1:00 AM, the plant's management reported.
Executive Director of Bobov Dol TPP, Eng. Lyubomir Spasov, confirmed the information about the incident to the Bulgarian National Radio. Currently, teams of specialists are working to resolve the technical problem so that the plant can resume its operations as soon as possible.
At this time, there is no official information regarding the causes that led to the accident, nor the expected time required for the full restoration of the work process. The management assures that every effort is being made to address the situation.
