The Catholic community in Bulgaria prepares for a new mission
The Catholic dioceses in Bulgaria have announced the start of a new initiative aimed at spreading the messages of Pope Francis among believers in the country. The announcement was published on August 15, 2026, and draws public attention to upcoming changes in the church's communication.
The main goal of the project is for the Pope's words to reach every home in Bulgaria. The organizers emphasize that this is a "great mission" that requires the support of believers and volunteers in order to be successfully implemented in the various regions of the country.
Although details regarding the specific activities remain limited at this time, the dioceses are calling on citizens to follow official information channels. It is expected that more details on how exactly the campaign will proceed and what resources will be used will be presented in the near future.
This initiative is part of the efforts of the Catholic community in Bulgaria to strengthen its connection with people and make spiritual content more accessible to a wide audience. Specific dates for the first events related to this mission are also expected to be announced soon.
