Zlatin Krastev is the new Ambassador of Bulgaria to Ukraine
Zlatin Krastev has officially taken office as Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Republic of Bulgaria to Ukraine. He presented his credentials to the President of Ukraine, Volodymyr Zelenskyy, at an official ceremony in Kyiv.
During the meeting, the two sides discussed the current situation in the region and the future development of bilateral relations. A major focus of the talks was placed on energy cooperation between Bulgaria and Ukraine, which is of key importance for the security and economic stability of both countries.
The new ambassador emphasized Bulgaria's readiness to continue providing support to Ukraine within European and international institutions. Diplomatic efforts will also be directed toward strengthening ties in the areas of trade and infrastructure projects.
