Greenpeace activists protested in front of Bobov Dol TPP
Activists from the environmental organization Greenpeace Bulgaria organized a protest action in front of the entrance to the Bobov Dol Thermal Power Plant. The demonstrators unfurled a huge banner with the word "TOXIC".
The main goal of the participants in the action is to draw the attention of the public and institutions to environmental issues. They are demanding stricter control over the harmful emissions released during coal-fired electricity production.
