Bulgaria strengthens its cooperation with the European defense industry
The Bulgarian government has set as a key priority the strengthening of the country's role in the process of European reindustrialization. Within the framework of this strategy, key meetings were held with representatives of the German defense giant Rheinmetall.
The goal of these discussions is for Bulgaria to take a central place in the European Union's defense initiatives. The government aims to develop high value-added production that will support the country's economic growth and technological development.
Cooperation with leading companies in the sector is part of a broader plan for the modernization of Bulgarian industry. By attracting foreign investment and partnerships, the state hopes to create new jobs and increase the qualifications of specialists in engineering sciences.
In conclusion, these steps demonstrate Bulgaria's desire to be an active participant in the common European security policy. It is expected that in the coming months, specific projects will be discussed to integrate Bulgarian enterprises into global defense supply chains.
