Dangerous weather: All of Bulgaria is under a warning for storms and hail
The entire territory of Bulgaria is under a warning for dangerous weather today. Meteorologists are forecasting intense rainfall, accompanied by thunderstorms and a risk of hail in many regions of the country.
An orange code, which signifies a second level of danger, has been issued for the eastern part of Bulgaria. Significant amounts of rain are expected in these regions, which could cause local flooding and traffic disruptions on the roads.
For the rest of the country, a yellow code for potentially dangerous weather is in effect. Residents in these areas should be cautious, as weather conditions can change rapidly and lead to strong winds and thunderstorm activity.
Experts advise citizens to monitor the latest forecasts and avoid travel if it is not necessary. It is important to take precautions to protect property, especially where there is a risk of hail.
The situation remains dynamic, with authorities continuing to monitor the development of atmospheric processes. The weather is expected to remain unstable over the next few hours, so it is recommended that people stay informed through the official channels of the National Institute of Meteorology and Hydrology.
