Yellow code for dangerous storms in 14 regions of Bulgaria
Meteorologists have issued a warning for dangerous weather in a large part of Bulgaria for today, Tuesday. A total of 14 regions in the country have been placed under a "yellow code," which means that weather conditions could be potentially dangerous for people and their activities.
The forecast predicts intense rainfall, which will be accompanied by thunderstorms. In some areas, there is a serious risk of hail, which could cause damage to agricultural crops and property.
Experts advise citizens to be careful when outdoors. It is recommended to avoid places where there is a danger of falling branches or objects and to monitor the latest information on the development of the weather.
Authorities remind drivers to drive with increased caution due to reduced visibility and slippery road surfaces during heavy rains. The unstable weather is expected to continue throughout the day before the rainfall begins to gradually weaken.
