The "Saint Anastasia" Children's Hospital in Burgas has admitted its first patients
The new specialized children's hospital "Saint Anastasia" in the city of Burgas has officially begun its operations. The medical facility is already admitting its first young patients, providing modern conditions for the diagnosis and treatment of children from the entire region.
The first patient discharged from the hospital is 10-year-old Plamena. Her recovery and discharge coincided with a personal celebration for the child, which made the event even more emotional for the medical team. The case marked a successful start to the medical facility's work.
The hospital is designed to meet the specific needs of children, providing a comfortable and calm environment. The investment in this project is of great importance for healthcare in Southeastern Bulgaria, as there was previously a lack of a specialized facility of this scale in the region.
It is expected that "Saint Anastasia" will ease the workload of other hospitals in Burgas and improve access to quality pediatric care. The hospital management stated that the team is fully prepared to meet the needs of young patients and ensure their health and safety.
