Bulgarian schools introduce drone piloting training
The Bulgarian educational system is taking an important step toward the future by introducing training in drone piloting. Four vocational high schools in the country are already enrolling students in this new and modern profession, responding to the growing demand for specialists in the technology sector.
The program is aimed at preparing personnel who can work with unmanned aerial vehicles. This skill is becoming increasingly important in industries such as agriculture, logistics, construction, and security. Students will receive both theoretical knowledge and practical experience in flying drones.
In addition to vocational high schools, the training is also being developed at the academic level. At the Higher School of Telecommunications and Posts in Sofia, students who want to specialize in this field are already being trained. This creates an opportunity for the continuous development of young people who have an interest in new technologies.
The introduction of these specialties is part of Bulgaria's efforts to prepare its students for the 21st-century labor market. Through these initiatives, educational institutions aim to attract more young people to technical professions and prepare them for the challenges of the modern economy.
