Olympic champion Karlos Nasar becomes the face of Bulgarian tourism
Olympic weightlifting champion Karlos Nasar will participate in promoting Bulgaria as a tourist destination. The athlete, who won a gold medal at the Paris Games, will be part of the country's new advertising campaigns for international audiences.
Minister of Tourism Evtim Dimitrov met personally with Nasar to discuss future cooperation. During the conversation, the minister presented the champion with a special statuette featuring a Bulgarian rose. It will serve as a symbol of the message the athlete will convey to foreign tourists.
The choice of Karlos Nasar as an ambassador for Bulgarian tourism is no coincidence. His successes on the world stage attract the attention of millions of people around the globe. Authorities hope that through his influence, Bulgaria will become more recognizable and attractive to visitors from various countries.
Nasar's participation in promotional activities is expected to begin in the very near future. He will represent our country at various international forums and events, with an emphasis on the beauty of nature and the rich history of Bulgaria.
This initiative is part of a broader strategy by the Ministry of Tourism to attract more guests through popular figures. With the support of successful Bulgarians like Karlos Nasar, the country aims to strengthen its place on the global tourism map.
