Czech company introduces a unique system capable of neutralizing drone swarms
The Czech defense industry has achieved a significant success. A domestic company has developed a new anti-drone system called Murmus, which represents the first complete mobile and modular solution of its kind created in the Czech Republic.
The Murmus system is designed to effectively counter modern battlefield threats, including attacks by Shahed-type drone swarms. Thanks to its modular design, the device easily adapts to various conditions and can be quickly moved to wherever it is currently needed.
The developers focused on ensuring the system functions as a whole, capable of not only detecting drones but also actively neutralizing them. This technology thus offers a new level of protection for critical infrastructure and military units, which are increasingly becoming targets for unmanned aerial vehicles.
The success of the Czech project confirms that domestic firms are capable of asserting themselves in the field of cutting-edge military technologies. The Murmus system is now undergoing further tests to confirm its reliability in demanding combat conditions and to ensure its readiness for active deployment.
