Czech company develops new drone protection system
A new comprehensive system called Murmus, designed for defense against unmanned aerial vehicles, has been introduced in the Czech Republic. This mobile and modular system was developed by the Czech company Czechia Systems, which is part of the S-Tech group based in Rokycany.
The Murmus system is designed to effectively detect and subsequently neutralize hostile drones. Thanks to its modular design, the equipment can be easily adapted to different conditions and user needs, making it a highly flexible solution for modern security requirements.
The development of this technology responds to the growing global demand for means to counter aerial threats. Given the current security situation in the world, drones are becoming an increasingly common tool in conflicts, which is why the development of defense systems is a priority for many nations.
The first units of this new Czech system are already on their way to customers. Czechia Systems has confirmed that the initial deliveries will go to countries in the Middle East, where there is significant interest in such technologies. This success confirms the high level of the Czech defense industry on the international market.
