Weather change awaits the Czech Republic: After hot days, thunderstorms and cooling will arrive
After a period of high temperatures, the Czech Republic is facing a significant change in weather. Meteorologists warn that a cold front will reach the country, bringing not only rain but also strong thunderstorms. Residents should therefore prepare for the end of the current warm weather pattern.
Temperatures in the coming days will drop to values that are rather unusual for this time of year. In the northwest of Bohemia, it will be noticeably cooler, with the mercury on the thermometer hovering only between 19 and 23 degrees Celsius. In other parts of the country, it will be slightly warmer, with temperatures remaining in the range of 23 to 28 degrees Celsius.
Experts recommend monitoring current forecasts, as thunderstorms can be locally intense. With the arrival of cold air, it is expected that the weather will not stabilize for several days. People should be cautious, especially when moving outdoors during thunderstorm activity.
The change in weather will bring relief from the heat that has prevailed over most of the territory in recent days. Although the cooling may seem significant to many residents, it is a common meteorological phenomenon that ends a period of above-average temperatures.
