The Czech Republic is significantly accelerating the robotization of its industry
In recent years, the Czech Republic has made significant progress in the field of manufacturing automation. According to current data, the domestic manufacturing industry is among the countries with the fastest pace of integrating robots into operations.
Since 2017, the density of robots in Czech factories has increased by 82 percent. This figure ranks the Czech Republic third among 21 monitored developed countries worldwide. Only two other nations have shown faster growth in this area.
Despite this success, experts point out that the Czech industry still has some catching up to do. Although growth is very rapid, the global leaders in automation are still pulling away from the Czech industry. To maintain competitiveness in the global market, it will be necessary to continue investing in modern technologies in the coming years.
Increasing the number of robots in Czech companies is crucial, primarily due to labor shortages and the need to increase production efficiency. Further development in this area will depend not only on corporate investment but also on state support and the availability of qualified professionals capable of operating these new technologies.
