The Czech Medical Team CZERT is Ready for International Disaster Relief
The Czech Republic has a special team of experts ready to assist during major disasters abroad. This team is called the Czech Emergency Response Team (CZERT), and its main base is the Brno University Hospital. These specialists are trained to deploy to areas affected by events such as earthquakes or other disasters where local hospitals have ceased to function.
