The Ambulance of Fulfilled Dreams helped sick Mrs. Hanka visit the graves of her loved ones
Mrs. Hanka from Žďár nad Sázavou had long feared that due to her poor health, she would never again be able to visit the Prague cemetery where her loved ones rest. Her limited mobility made traveling by public transport impossible, and the trip to the capital city seemed like an unachievable wish.
However, the project known as the Ambulance of Fulfilled Dreams stepped in. This charitable program focuses on helping people who are bedridden or in home care due to illness or old age, yet still have a strong desire to visit places that are emotionally significant to them.
Thanks to the ambulance's professional equipment and the care of trained staff, it was possible to ensure a safe and comfortable journey for Mrs. Hanka from the Vysočina region all the way to Prague. Throughout the entire trip, she was supervised by experts who ensured that the journey was as undemanding as possible for the patient.
For Mrs. Hanka, this visit to the cemetery was a very emotional moment that she had been waiting for a long time. The opportunity to say goodbye one last time or pay tribute to the memory of her loved ones in person was a great relief for her, which she could not have experienced without the help of volunteers and medical professionals.
