Czech company introduces unique system capable of neutralizing drone swarms
The Czech defense industry has achieved a significant success. A domestic company has developed a new anti-drone system called Murmus, which is designed to counter modern battlefield threats, including attacks by Shahed-type drone swarms.
The Murmus system is exceptional in that it is the first complete mobile and modular solution of its kind developed directly in the Czech Republic. Thanks to its modularity, users can easily adapt the system to various conditions and needs, which increases its effectiveness in protecting strategic targets.
The main advantage of this device is its ability to detect and subsequently neutralize several targets at once. Given that drones are becoming an increasingly common tool in contemporary conflicts, the development of such technology is a very important step for both the Czech industry and national security.
Experts particularly appreciate the mobility of the entire complex, which allows for rapid relocation between different sites. The Murmus system thus represents a modern response to current challenges in the field of air defense and confirms the high level of Czech engineers in this sector.
