Czech company develops new anti-drone protection system
A new comprehensive system called Murmus, designed for defense against unmanned aerial vehicles, or drones, has been introduced in the Czech Republic. This system was developed by the Czech company Czechia Systems, which is part of the S-Tech group based in Rokycany.
The Murmus system is designed as a mobile and modular solution. This means it can be easily transported and adapted to the specific needs of the user. Its primary task is to detect and subsequently neutralize drones that could pose a security threat to protected objects or territories.
The technology behind the system represents a significant achievement for the Czech defense industry. Experts emphasize that the demand for such devices has been growing globally in recent years, particularly due to the more frequent use of drones in modern conflicts.
The first units of this new anti-drone system have already found a buyer. Czechia Systems announced that the initial shipments are heading to countries in the Middle East, where they will be used to ensure security. This export confirms the high standard of Czech technologies on the international market.
