Czech investment fund to support technology companies from Eastern Europe
The Czech investment fund Depo Ventures has received significant financial support from the National Development Investment (NRI). The fund has 94 million CZK at its disposal, and this amount could potentially increase in the future. The goal of this investment is to identify and support innovative companies in countries such as Ukraine, Moldova, and Georgia.
The main task of the fund will be to connect these foreign technology companies with the Czech market. The investment will allow firms from Eastern Europe to obtain the capital needed for further development while simultaneously helping to strengthen technological cooperation between these states and the Czech Republic.
For the Czech technology sector, this means an opportunity to establish new business contacts and gain access to foreign know-how. The support focuses primarily on promising start-ups that have the potential to succeed in the European market and bring innovative solutions in the field of modern technologies.
The entire project is part of a broader effort to support economic development and stability in the region. Thanks to these resources, doors are opening for talented entrepreneurs from Ukraine and other countries, who will gain better conditions for the growth of their projects thanks to the Czech background.
