New from Hisense: A phone with a detachable display for reading
Hisense has introduced its latest smartphone model, the A10 Ultra. This device brings an unusual solution to the market, combining a classic color display with technology for comfortable text reading.
The main part of the phone consists of a standard 6.13-inch color display, which users are familiar with from most modern smartphones. However, the unique feature of the A10 Ultra is an additional 4.96-inch E Ink screen.
This second display operates on the principle of electronic ink, which is very gentle on the eyes and resembles classic paper. Users can attach it to the phone using magnets whenever they need to read longer texts, e-books, or documents, and then easily remove it again.
Thanks to this solution, the phone adapts to the owner's current needs. While the color display is ideal for browsing the web or watching videos, the E Ink screen significantly reduces eye strain during long reading sessions and saves the device's battery.
It is not yet clear exactly when this model will appear on the Czech market or what its retail price will be. Nevertheless, it is an interesting direction in the development of mobile technology that could appeal especially to students and avid readers.
