Ministry of Finance announces a joint committee to support the business community and facilitate tax procedures
The Egyptian Ministry of Finance has announced the formation of a permanent joint committee in cooperation with the Federation of Egyptian Chambers of Commerce. This step aims to strengthen the partnership between the government and the business community in Egypt by working to resolve the challenges faced by investors and merchants.
This initiative comes within the framework of the state's efforts to develop the tax and customs system. The committee aims to provide new facilities that contribute to simplifying procedures, helping companies conduct their business activities more efficiently and quickly.
The Ministry emphasized that this committee will hold periodic meetings to discuss proposals submitted by representatives of the Chambers of Commerce. The committee will also work to examine tax and customs problems and develop practical solutions for them, ensuring the state's rights while encouraging the private sector to expand its investments.
This step is considered part of the Egyptian government's strategy to improve the investment climate in the country. It is expected that these facilities will lead to an increase in the volume of trade exchange and support the national economy in the coming period, which will benefit the Egyptian market and its citizens.
