Ministry of Higher Education Announces Results for Technical Certificate Student Transfer Requests
The Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research in Egypt has announced the release of the results for the transfer request phase (reducing alienation) for technical certificate students for the 2026-2027 academic year. This step comes as part of the Ministry's commitment to facilitating procedures for students and their parents before the start of the new academic year.
Students can now access the official electronic coordination website using their seat number and personal password to view their final results. This service aims to enable students to transfer to colleges or institutes closer to their place of residence, in accordance with the rules and conditions set by the Supreme Council of Universities.
The Ministry confirmed that the transfer process was conducted entirely electronically to ensure transparency and equal opportunities for all applicants. It also emphasized the necessity for students to adhere to the specified deadline for completing their enrollment procedures at the colleges and institutes to which they have been accepted following the release of the transfer results.
This phase is an essential part of the Egyptian university coordination system, as the state seeks to provide a suitable educational environment for students and alleviate financial and social burdens on Egyptian families by reducing travel distances between governorates.
Students are advised to regularly monitor the Ministry's official website for any additional updates regarding the start of classes or the documents required for final registration at the universities.
