SODIC secures EGP 7.5 billion financing for its North Coast project
SODIC, one of Egypt's leading real estate development companies, has announced the signing of a new financing agreement with the Commercial International Bank (CIB). The financing, valued at 7.5 billion Egyptian pounds, is primarily aimed at supporting and developing the "June" project located in the North Coast region.
