Egypt is currently witnessing a major transformation in the fields of technical education and modern technology. Several events and projects have recently been launched, aiming to support students and youth and develop their professional skills. These initiatives seek to link education with the labor market and utilize advanced technology to address the country's economic and environmental challenges.
In this context, the Minister of Education and Technical Education inaugurated the fifth edition of the "EDU TECH EGYPT" forum. This international forum focuses on developing technological education and vocational training. Additionally, in cooperation with Italy, Egypt launched the "Mediterranean Technical and Vocational Education and Training Forum" in the New Administrative Capital to enhance the exchange of expertise and develop the skills of youth in the region.
On the industry and innovation front, the launch of "Raedbots" was announced, which is the first Egyptian company to manufacture industrial robots locally. Simultaneously, Elsewedy University of Technology collaborated with content creator "El-Daheeh" and Elsewedy Electric to raise awareness about artificial intelligence and sustainability. These steps aim to encourage youth to engage in modern technology fields.
In the agricultural sector, the Agricultural Research Center announced the "AgriTech4Egypt" project. This project aims to support 200,000 Egyptian farmers by providing innovative solutions to face climate change. These technologies help farmers reduce production costs and increase crop yields, contributing to improving living standards and supporting the agricultural economy.
These developments demonstrate the state's commitment to building a modern economy based on knowledge and digital innovation. By investing in youth education and developing the industrial and agricultural sectors, Egypt aims to create new job opportunities and achieve sustainable development that serves all citizens in the future.
