Egypt condemns recent Iranian attacks on the UAE and Jordan
The Arab Republic of Egypt condemned on Monday the renewed Iranian attacks that targeted both the United Arab Emirates and the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan. In an official statement, the Egyptian Ministry of Foreign Affairs affirmed Egypt's categorical rejection of any aggression that threatens the security and stability of Arab nations.
In its statement, Egypt emphasized the necessity of respecting the sovereignty of states and non-interference in their internal affairs, noting that these actions increase tension in the Middle East. Cairo also called on all concerned parties to exercise restraint and prioritize dialogue to resolve existing disputes.
This condemnation comes within the framework of Egypt's firm position in support of Arab national security. Egyptian diplomacy is working continuously to enhance coordination with sisterly nations to ensure the stability of the region and protect the security of its peoples from any external threats.
Concluding the statement, Egypt renewed its call for the international community to fulfill its role in maintaining international peace and security, stressing that the stability of the Gulf region and Jordan is a fundamental pillar for the stability of the entire region.
